Accessibility
This guide should work
for everyone.
Kendra Fuchs and The Rise Real Estate Group aim to make this neighborhood guide usable for every visitor, including people who use a screen reader, keyboard-only navigation, magnification, or other assistive technology.
The standard we aim for
This site is designed to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Those guidelines cover things like text alternatives for images, keyboard access to every control, visible focus, readable colour contrast, and headings that describe a page’s structure.
What we’ve done
- Every photograph and logo carries a text description, and decorative icons are hidden from screen readers.
- All controls — the neighbourhood list, map buttons, search, and contact form — can be reached and used with a keyboard alone.
- Form fields have visible labels, and the neighbourhood details panel announces changes as you select a place.
- Text can be enlarged without anything being cut off, and the layout reflows to fit a phone screen without sideways scrolling.
- Colours were chosen so body text keeps a readable contrast against its background.
Where it may still fall short
Parts of this page are provided by services outside our control: the home-search tool supplied by RealScout, and the map tiles supplied by OpenStreetMap. Those tools may not fully follow WCAG, and their behaviour can change without notice. If either one is hard for you to use, the page always offers a plain alternative — a direct link to the same Studio City listings, and a written list of every neighbourhood.
Tell us what isn’t working
If any part of this site is difficult to use, please tell us. We read every message and aim to reply within two business days. If you prefer, we can give you the same information — neighbourhood details, listings, or a school-eligibility check — by email or phone instead.
How this statement was prepared
This statement reflects a review of the site’s own pages, checked with a keyboard and with assistive technology in mind. It was last updated October 18, 2026, and will be reviewed again whenever the site changes substantially.
